Keeping Your Family Safe During the Summer Heat
Knowing how to keep kids safe during the hot summer months is essential. Spending time outside is great, as long as your child is protected by sunscreen with adequate SPF, proper hydration and clothing. Rest periods are key to avoiding heat illnesses such as heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
